This evening seminar will highlight the visions of food innovation in Sacramento and highlight resources in Sacramento and UC Davis to develop the food innovation pipeline.

A Hub for Food Solutions

A food innovation movement is emerging in the Sacramento region. Many of the new market solutions initially are conceived at universities by ambitious, socially-conscious students or faculty immersed in the intersection of climate change, sustainable agriculture and nutrition and health. This movement has raised the interest of venture capitalists, food companies and health-related industries.
