Thursday, October 20, 2016
4:30 - 6:00 p.m.
Chris Delgado, a senior fellow at the World Resources Institute, will connect agricultural development to global economics and policies in his seminar for the series.
Delgado focuses on the restoration of degraded forest and agricultural landscapes at the institute. Previously, he worked at the World Bank as the economics and policy practice leader in Agriculture and Environmental Services and spent 26 years with the International Food Policy Research Institute and the International Livestock Research Institute.
The seminar series explores the positive trends and strategies for addressing risks to food security and poverty reduction in this region. It is a joint effort with the UC Davis International Programs Office.
